TreLinLab presents a seminar-based internship designed for researchers, students, and anyone interested in linguistics at the ‘Conversazioni Linguistiche 2025/2026’ talk series. This program offers an opportunity to broaden and deepen knowledge by engaging directly with experts across various specialised fields.
The internship is tailored both to individuals seeking to advance their expertise and to students wishing to acquire practical techniques for scientific dissemination, such as organising talks, creating effective presentations, and preparing handouts. The seminars will cover a comprehensive range of topics, including General Linguistics, Romance and Germanic Linguistics, Neuro- and Psycholinguistics, L2 Acquisition and Learning Theory, and AI and Linguistics. The talks calendar is available and continuously updated on our website.
The program will run from November 2025 to June 2026. Seminars are typically held weekly and are offered in a flexible hybrid format. Participants may choose to attend in person in Room 421 (E. L. Corner Piscopia), located in the Department of Humanities of the University of Trento (Via T. Gar 14, Trento), or join online via a synchronous Zoom video-conference.
This internship corresponds to 1 CFU, representing a total workload of 25 hours. To successfully complete the program, participants are required to attend a minimum of 10 seminars, each lasting 2 hours, for a total of 20 attendance hours. The remaining 5 hours are dedicated to the composition of a final paper, with a maximum length of 3 pages, focusing on a topic presented and discussed during one of the seminars.
